I will come and speak to your organization or meeting. It is a motivational speech with the emphasis on empowering everyone to take charge of their health and lose weight the way I did: with diet & exercise. I will explain why,"Quitting Is Not An Option," and how everyone can fight the battle of the bulge successfully.

Handouts for all participants are given to supplement my speech.  Depending on the size of the room or length of the meeting, a Power Point presentation is available for large crowds.
